Tishonna "Tish" Ferguson is a beauty executive, educator, and creative force whose work lives at the intersection of Broadway, brand storytelling, and culture.

Currently serving as Makeup Supervisor for the Wicked National Tour and Makeup Designer for The Outsiders on Broadway — a role that earned her a feature in Forbes — Tish has spent 15 years building one of the most multidimensional careers in the beauty industry. She has designed beauty for three simultaneous production companies, built artist training programs from the ground up, and managed partnerships with Pat McGrath Labs, MAC Cosmetics, Carol's Daughter, and Shea Moisture across some of the highest-profile productions in American theater and television.

Her work has graced the faces of MC Lyte, Joseph Sikora, Katt Williams, and countless others across BET, FOX, MTV, VH1, Bravo, and beyond.

But Tish has never been just a makeup artist.

She is a former university educator who developed inclusive beauty curricula at Pace University and The New School of Drama. A beauty writer whose work has appeared on IPSY, TXTURE Magazine, and EverythingGirlsLove.com. A public speaker who has stood in front of rooms and told the truth about what it takes to build a career in this industry on your own terms. A founder who launched Cocoa Connections — a traveling coffee and coworking experience for Black creatives — city by city, following the national tour.

She is also a content creator, a podcast host, a woman of deep faith, and a runner rebuilding her miles one city at a time with her five-pound Morkie Biggie riding shotgun.

Tish is a Lincoln University HBCU attendee, a proud member of Local 798, and a B.A. Communications candidate at Southern New Hampshire University. She believes that Black women in creative industries deserve to take up space loudly, dress well while doing it, and never apologize for knowing exactly how good they are.

She is currently based everywhere — and building toward one city, one office, one sunlit next chapter.
